Purposees of the Juan Tamariz Foundation

The Foundation pursues five purposes:

Preserving the legacy. Conserve, catalogue, digitise and share the work, thought and artistic trajectory of Juan Tamariz, highlighting his contribution to Magic on both a national and international level.

Promoting the art of Magic. Advance the knowledge, study, research and public appreciation of Magic and related disciplines as cultural expressions.

Supporting artistic creation. Nurture new talent, innovation, and dialogue between Magic and other artistic disciplines.

Advancing recognition as an art form. Help secure recognition of Magic as an art form in its own right, on equal standing with other artistic disciplines.

Contributing to social change. Harness Magic in service of communities facing barriers to cultural access or at risk of exclusion, and support social and humanitarian causes.
